Check-in time?
As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 14:pm and up to 23:00pm. Please let us know if your arrival time is going to be outside these hours so we can do our best to have your room available.
Check-out time?
As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.
What are the reception hours?
The Reception service is available from 7:00am to 23:00pm.
Which languages are spoken at Reception?
We speak Greek, English and Turkish.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, we can look after your luggage, if at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out. We will store your luggage free of charge.
Internet connection?
An internet connection is available throughout our all rooms and apartments. It’s up to 50Mbps, both wireless and cabled.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Democritus Airport which is located 7 km from the center of the city.
